Acceptance of Terms

Affiliate Program Terms & Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in the Apricot Power Affiliate Program via our affiliate portal, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Services and any guidelines or policies we may update from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”).

2. Enrollment

Upon completing the affiliate signup form and being approved, Affiliate becomes part of the program and gains access to a unique affiliate link and dashboard to track performance.

3. Affiliate Dashboard

Affiliates can monitor clicks, order metrics, and commissions via their dashboard. All commissions are based solely on data recorded in our system; discrepancies in reporting must be submitted within 30 days.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Use only the affiliate link and marketing materials provided by Apricot Power.

Affiliate is responsible for marketing through permitted channels (e.g., email, social media, personal website/blog, text)—coupon or deal aggregation sites are strictly prohibited.

5. Affiliate Conduct & Termination

Affiliate status may be revoked or suspended if Apricot Power finds evidence of:

Promotion via prohibited channels (e.g., coupon sharing sites)

Misrepresentation of the brand or products

Fraudulent or deceptive marketing activities

Violation of any applicable laws or this Agreement

Upon termination, Affiliate forfeits the right to future commissions resulting from actions after termination.

6. Payouts & Reporting

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days via Affiliate’s chosen method: PayPal, check, or account credit.

Apricot Power reserves the right to audit activity and withhold payment if discrepancies are found.

7. Intellectual Property

Apricot Power grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved logos, banners, and copy for marketing purposes only as long as this Agreement remains in effect.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Apricot Power disclaims all liabilities arising from the Affiliate’s marketing activities. Affiliate operates as an independent contractor—not an employee, agent, or partner.

9. Changes & Modifications

Apricot Power may modify this Agreement and commission structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Apricot Power is based.
